Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before accessing or using the InvestKraft Partner platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the InvestKraft Partner website, mobile application, software, tools, services, and related resources (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By registering on, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

   InvestKraft Partner is a partnership platform that enables individuals or entities (“Partners”) to offer financial products and services to their clients, including but not limited to:

   • Loan products from banks and NBFCs
   • Insurance products from insurers
   • Investment opportunities, including unlisted shares
   • Other financial services are facilitated through third-party providers

   InvestKraft Partner acts only as a technology platform and facilitator connecting Partners with financial institutions and product providers. The Platform does not directly provide loans, insurance, or investment products unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

   By registering as a Partner, you confirm that:

   • You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of India
   • You are not prohibited from using such services by any law, regulation, or authority
   • The information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
   • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

   Monetic Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any registration at its sole discretion.

3. Partner Responsibilities

   As a Partner, you agree to:

   • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
   • Provide accurate information to clients and financial institutions
   • Not misrepresent products, terms, or benefits
   • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
   • Maintain confidentiality of client data
   • Obtain necessary consents before collecting or sharing client information
   • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices

   You are solely responsible for your interactions with clients and for any commitments made by you to them.

4. KYC and Verification

   The Platform may require submission of KYC documents, including but not limited to:

   • PAN
   • Aadhaar
   • Bank details
   • Address proof
   • Business documents (if applicable)

   You consent to the collection, storage, verification, and processing of such information for compliance, verification, and operational purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Zero Fees

   Registration and use of the Platform as a Partner are currently free of charge. However, Monetic Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.

6. Third-Party Products and Services

   All financial products available through the Platform are provided by independent third-party institutions such as banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and other financial entities.

   Accordingly:

   • Approval, rejection, pricing, and terms are determined solely by the respective provider
   • The Platform does not guarantee approval of any product
   • Product issuance is subject to the provider’s policies and underwriting norms
   • Monetic Fintech Private Limited is not responsible for delays, changes, or disputes related to third-party products

   Any agreement for such products is strictly between the client and the respective provider.

7. Payments and Commissions

   Partners may be eligible for commissions or incentives based on successful referrals or transactions, subject to separate partner policies or agreements.

   Monetic Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to:

   • Modify commission structures
   • Withhold payments in case of fraud or policy violations
   • Adjust payouts for cancellations, reversals, or clawbacks
8. Prohibited Activities

   Partners must not:

   • Provide false or misleading information
   • Engage in spam, unauthorised solicitation, or illegal marketing
   • Impersonate any person or entity
   • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
   • Interfere with the Platform’s functioning
   • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
   • Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or unlawful activities

   Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and/or strong legal action.

9. User Conduct and Client Interaction

   You are solely responsible for your conduct and communication with clients. Monetic Fintech Private Limited does not control or monitor all Partner activities and shall not be liable for any loss arising from Partner-client interactions.

10. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform, including text, logos, software, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Monetic Fintech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

    Partners must maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, client data, and business processes obtained through the Platform and must not disclose such information without authorisation.

12. Suspension and Termination

    Monetic Fintech Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

    • Suspend or terminate any Partner account
    • Remove access to the Platform
    • Withhold payments pending investigation
    • Take legal action if necessary

    Such actions may be taken without prior notice in cases of suspected misconduct, fraud, policy violations, or regulatory requirements.

13. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monetic Fintech Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

    • Your misuse of the Platform
    • Violation of these T&Cs
    • Breach of applicable laws
    • Misconduct toward clients or third parties
14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monetic Fintech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

15. Third-Party Links

    The Platform may contain links to external websites or services. Monetic Fintech Private Limited does not control or endorse such sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Privacy Policy

    Your use of the Platform is also governed by the InvestKraft Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

17. Changes to Terms

    Monetic Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
